Week 12 Reevaluation $59 (after this point visits will be every 4 weeks) *BIA, measurements and weighing done at each visit.
*Reevaluation done every 12 weeks until desired results are achieved. Then a maintenance program can be started with one visit per month ($39) and a reevaluation every 6 months ($59).
