Wellness for Life!
According to CDC*, people’s life expectancy who are in their twenties now is 76 years old. That is approximately 20 years longer than their grandparents who were born in the early 1900’s. The question for all of us is How well will we be for those 20 years?
For the most part, the answer is - what we do between our 30’s and 50’s with our food and lifestyle has a huge impact on how well we live in our older years.
Look around you at the people in their 60’s and 70’s. You will see some of them riding bikes, playing tennis, being very active and well.
